Our Founder
Tea Hines: A Vision of Service
Tea Hines grew up watching her grandmother, Elizabeth Gamble, dedicate her life to helping others in their community. From organizing neighborhood food drives to tutoring children after school, Elizabeth showed Tea that one person truly can make a difference.
When Elizabeth passed away during Tea's early twenties, Tea felt called to honor her grandmother's legacy. She began hosting Pack the Back events through The Elite Tax Group, her accounting firm, before officially founding the Elizabeth Gamble Foundation in 2023.
Today, Tea leads a team of passionate staff and volunteers, continuing to expand the foundation's reach and impact. Her vision of community, compassion, and collaboration continues to guide everything the foundation does.

First Pack the Back
Distributed 200 backpacks to local students in our inaugural school supply drive.
Great Turkey Drop Launched
